The app just keeps getting better with the types and variety of programs, from beginners to the advanced and everything in
between. Recipes, blogs, everything you need. The programs for both home and the gym just removes any excuses, so gets you
moving.

No Equipment Workouts

I lack motivation but since I started doing the exercises, I’ve been wanting to keep it up. I’m only beginning but it actually

Excellent app

I’ve tried a bunch of these before. Been going gym 20 years so I know exactly what I’m doing but it’s nice not having to
plan and think especially with work being so busy. I don’t use the meal plans, only workouts but that section looks great also

Just two weeks into my third workout program and absolutely love it. Easy to follow (from home) and the app is super cool to

Love everything

Self guided workouts screw up music playback now

I’ve used this app for the past couple years and love it. The only reason I’m voting it 4 instead of 5 is that a recent update
makes my music stop playing every time a new exercise starts in the self guided workouts. Very frustrating. Please fix this.

Meal Planner not working.

Hi Centr team, not sure what’s happened to the meal planner on the app but it’s not loading and just sits blank, all other
categories are fine. Is there a fix coming for this? Have tried deleting app and reloading but nothing works. Thanks.

Amazing content - when it works!

Love the content and the trainers. The work outs are awesome. But frequently the videos only play sound, which is frustrating and
appears like there’s nowhere in the app to report this. It’s unusual without the visual.

Not bad

Enjoying the app and workouts , but the audio is driving me crazy. At max volume within the app it is super low volume if you want
to combine with another audio source like Spotify. Hopefully they can improve this.

Like it not love it

Hey guys don’t get me wrong I love Centr, Member for a while. I mainly focus on cardio and HIIT workouts. Just feel like all
I’m doing is variations of squats and lunges, and although I get why we do then could we vary it up a bit more? Some new
exercises would be great :)
