Amazing

I’m just loving it. I’m using this app for three years and there’s everything you you need. Your workout, your diet with
great recipes. There are workout even for a gym. I would like to have some more yoga exercises. But still it’s one of my
favourite apps

Not working during afternoon?

App is super fine, great and helpful. Major downside is the fact that between 13 and 17 the app can’t load, how am I suppose to
pay if part of the day is not available??

Veramente strutturata bene per tutti i gusti allenamenti sia da palestra sia a corpo libero , yoga e meditazione . Peccato per la
parte food che non ci siano video sul come preparare le ricette e che per la cucina a livello europeo non è facile per quanto
riguarda gli ingredienti

The app is awesome, it has everything one needs to lead a healthy lifestyle. One problem though is that I can’t get to the

I love working out with all the coaches of Centr especially Luke, Rulk and Bobby. Plus, the meditations are really effective and
the recipes are so yummy! Finally, the blog is super helpful and go-to read when you have 2-5 minutes to spare.
