A personal trainer on the patio!

My daughter suggested this app for me to use at home. A wide variety of exercises, modifications and levels, all well
demonstrated. I only use the workouts but she also uses the sleep meditations every night and food advice too. So far it’s paid
for itself 👍🏻

Great content

Loving the recipes and the workouts however the app often glitches and fails to load. When you have a dedicated time to do a
workout and can’t get on the app it can be frustrating. When it works though I do highly recommend

Best app I’ve tried

I had a year off from this app, tried a few others in the meantime but nothing compares to the quality of tutorials, meal
planning, workouts styles and personality. The shopping list is such a great touch.

This app has everything that you’d need. It has workouts for all goals and has simple to prep but tasty meal plans too.
Additionally there are blogs by the trainers that you can read about different topics. And to top it off it has mediations, sleep

Great app on iPhone and Apple Watch but are there any plans for a native iPad app. Would make it way easier to follow workout

I’m committed to three days a week, Watch this space! The workouts work. Just add effort.
I’m actually doubling the reps because that is my goal. But recommend staying strict to the set pattern to avoid injury.

Great app. Issues still seem to be there

I was enjoying the app but picking up after a holiday it now seems to be stuck not loading. Waiting on replies to sort. Hopefully
they will fix as my renewal went out in the last week!

Bug fixes

Use this app exclusively for the workouts and am quite happy with the workouts provided and form videos. However find it quite
frustrating it won’t record workouts I had completed for given programmes.
