Why can’t we

I do not understand why we can’t buy groceries for the whole alloted amount at one shopping store. It forces surprises at the
register that may not be affordable. Also product scanning is useless on this app.!

UnitedHealthCare is better than all other insurance providers. No other insurance company does more for its clients than any
other company. I love UHC and highly recommend my insurance company to anyone that wants the absolute best coverage available.

Tracking

Said before — I have found no way on this app or through Amazon to track shipping. So I have no sure way to know when my orders
are shipped and when they may arrive. Do better.

RX confusion

It would appears the app is thorough try figure our “pills”. They are lacking a robust and accurate way of looking at RX
costs. Nobody from customer service has a clue. There clearly needs more filtering capabilities. Have fun.

Quick Review Selections

I only put the app is ok because 50% of the time I open it, it doesn’t pull up the “quick review” items I want to review. I
end up having to close the app and HOPEFULLY the item I have added for a quick review will show up when I reopen the app.

Consistent trouble signing in

I consistently have a hard time logging in. The Facebook recognition keeps asking for a security code then goes to a blank screen.
It don’t remember my sign in credentials.

I’m seeing many 1-5 star reviews for the provider, but have no ability to actually read any of the reviews that the patient left
regarding their experience with the provider. Why is that?
