Really enjoy using this app and have felt it does help me staying off smoking / vaping rather than going without it. The daily

Pain, acceptance and constant work

This is a great tool for making you feel you have support every day and to remind you who you are and that you must accept that
for the rest of your life. In the past I have forgotten who I am after a month or two and thought I’m fine to have a drink now,
which of course is untrue.

What an amazing app

I have tried for years to give up drinking. I had a health scare recently and at the same time found this app. It is really
helping me as I complete it first thing on waking and last thing at night, reviewing my day. 8 days sober so far. I love it!!

Just no.

One thing that is annoying with this app is sometimes you get banned for absolutely no reason and if you wanna make a new account
you lose all of your progress and notes to yourself.

How do they know

It just says you’ve been ______ free for.. but they don’t know if we’ve not been free and actually done it. I think that it
should reset everyday and we should put how long because right now they’re just assuming we’ve be free.
