Amazing app it sends you notifications to make your pledge and make sure you didn’t self harm or whatever your thing is. It keep
up to date on when the last time you did what you did in my case self harmed and you can restart it if you need to without

The self harm community

For a lot of us actually trying to get better, the self harm community has become toxic. People don’t care to get help or help
themselves at all. They feed off each other’s negativity in competition. There needs to be more moderation in their community.

make this available for younger ages!!!!

i’ve used this app before and it’s amazing, very helpful and is the best on the app store but now due to content restrictions
i can’t download it anymore. i think it should be available for younger ages,, cause people under 18 can deal with addiction
too!
