A great way to stay in the game

I find this app very useful, I really enjoy how it is interacting with other people going through the same journey to better
themselves as myself.im finding it keeps me more motivated to not drink alcohol but also keeps me more accountable than doing it
by myself. I think its a great app !!!!

Break the Cycle

I love the ‘I am sober’ app as it have a massive variety on things to choose for you to stop doing! It’s had a really big

Accountability

This app is beautiful. It keeps you accountable and there is a community you can talk too. You see who is on the same recovery

Amazing but 1 issue

Relatable

There should be a no family. Restriction on it as my family had restricted the app from my phone. Meaning I was unable to obtain

It keeps you reminded that your trying to quit. It doesn't let you shutdown and doesn't let you block your motivation to quit.

Totally makes sense and would work. But you need to pay to use it in its entirety. Not helpful if you don’t have they money.
Should be more accessible to encourage sobriety :)

Down fall :(

It’s good and everything until you have to reset it, it makes you feel worse and stuff plus you have to buy stuff sometimes to
get the app better. It’s really good until you relapse then the self hatred and sh comes again.
