I only wish I would program it to my upstairs. Like if I pick it up and put it there, would it know to clean and then I’d come
get it! Otherwise, it’s great! Cleans well! It’s a robot; it doesn’t get all the nooks and crannies but it saves me time in

Great unless you own dogs

Love that I can schedule my Rosie to clean the floors. However if do the floors every other day the dog hair is way to much and

Great App but missing 1 critical component

I love the app and my robot, we named her “Clean Elizabeth “!

But please, allow us to set the order rooms are cleaned in the whole house clean schedule.

If we could schedule a time per room, even better, but just being able to set the order would be such a win!!!

Love my “Sharky”

Sign in too often!

I love the vacuum itself. My problem is with the app. Why do I have to sign in every couple of days? Why can’t the app accept my
fingerprint or facial recognition? The shark company should be able to fix this!!!

My little buddy

I absolutely am blessed to own a shark robot vacuum. It saves me time having to vacuum with my upright every day. Its quiet and
does not disturb my dog nor sleeping family. I love it.

Have 4 of them now, 3 are self empty and I think they are the greatest of all brands!
Customer service has been fantastic!

A Shark Named Ethel

Purchased our Shark vac in December ‘22. Named it Ethel. She mapped the house the very first day and with minor editing of the
map has performed flawlessly for the past 9 months. Does an excellent job on our carpet, wood and tile floors. Very happy with
Ethel in every respect.

Easy to setup cleans great

The setup was easy. I can tell when it cleans! My house has enough dust lint etc that I clean the bin after ever job(30 day bin).

Lake Home

We have a golden doodle that sheds a little bit and this vacuum does an amazing job with dust, dog hair and crumbs. Vacuum is
used on hardwood and floor rugs.

It does work

It does the work that I don’t want to do. We have tile throughout the whole house and 2 kids so this vacuum is on the job daily.
I do have to get some spots that it misses ( tight corners). For the most part it is saving me a ton of work daily!!!!

Matrix Clean?!?

Whenever the checkerboard clean in option actually pops up I love it and how well it does….. but the thing is, it’s like

If I knew then what I know now

My shark!

I love it!! I love that I don’t have to fret over actually taking the time to vacuum each day! I just turn it on, and let it run
its cycle. I do it in the morning while I drink my coffee and then mop the floors. It takes less time to get clean floors!

Best investment ever!

I am so so happy with this Shark. I had an older model without the mapping feature. This one gets everything and being able to
choose rooms on the map is fantastic. I moved the other model to another area of the house and it is cleaning there better than I

I have been using a shark robot for a little over a year now. Here lately it seems like the app is lagging or disconnecting from
the internet. Also I got a new robot shark and this one seems to lose internet connection frequently and I can’t find where to
reconnect it on the app.

Random path

I don’t understand why when I first set my robot up, it took a logical path to map each room and now since I had to reset the
map, the robot path is very random.

We rate performance at about 6 out of 10, primarily due to inaccurate mapping causing skipped areas.
The spot clean program does not allow us to define large enough, or variable size areas to make up for missed area.

Cleans great, but…

The schedule doesn’t work right. I try to set it, and it rolls back to the current time-and on top of that, when we get to the
written schedule, it’s set for like 4 hours later! I delegated and replaced the app twice, and no change. Help!

Robot

Overall works well especially on tile and wood floors. Carpets are a different story, causes problems with frequent emptying of
lint,requires patience and it likes to grab Wife’s yarn when she it knitting some times a lot of cursing ensues!

Gets lost

The unit does well for the most part. But, it gets lost and can’t find the base. It will wonder around until it exhausts its
battery. Moving the base, deleting the map, and turning off the unit, doesn’t help. Maybe the newer units have this bug worked
out.

Works well when it works

The app does a great job with mapping, but it sometimes randomly deletes all map data. Not only does it need to remap the area,
but you have to assign the rooms as well. Not sure if it’s possible, but it would be nice if I could pick the vacuum up and move
it to another level to clean as well.

My shark robot cleans well but the software is not amazing he has a hard time figuring out no go zones and often goes into rooms
he has not been asked to clean

Good vacuuming and mopping

Unit maps really well. Need to zoom in to fine tune the mapping. Misses some areas but hopefully that will improve over time. Way
better than Roomba. Carpet recognition needs more attention.

On my map when I tell the robot to just clean a specific room. It just starts cleaning the room it’s in. (As if it was doing a

I’ve had a ton of map trouble overall using a moping robot vacuum. Albeit, not bad enough for me to want to mop my own floors
again. If you already have the app, know the latest upgrade takes away high traffic zones.
