I love this machine, just wish graphics were better quality. I have the vac/mop and it works amazing. No real issues so far and
I’ve had this machine for 2yrs now. You should seriously invest in one or two like I did. One for upstairs vacuuming only in
rooms with carpet. Can’t go wrong.

A noisy on hard wood but quiet on carpet. The issue I have is it gets stuck some times on the stair ledge. And if you have two
floors you cannot save them both. You can only use it on one level…

Disappointed the app can only function on 1 phone. My husband and I would each like to be able to use the app independently of one

Greatest Little Helper

We have a lot of dark laminate flooring that shows a lot of dust within a few days and even a lot more under beds. The Shark does
a very quick job making our bedrooms, hallways, living room and kitchen floors dust free every few days.

App Instructions to the Robot

I have the RV1101ARUS model (camera not LiDAR) and sometimes when I tell the robot to return to the dock it doesn’t obey. The
app will show resting to the dock but the robot keeps vacuuming

Great robot!

Great robot! Collects a lot of dust and other debris.
However, when it empties itself it frequently encounters an error (it thinks it’s dust bin is not present or not positioned
correctly), and there is no obvious reason. Nor is there an obvious way to set the robot to resume cleaning.

Robot keeps disconnecting from wifi which is rather annoying when you cant control it. It still cleans on schedule but I can no

Happy with What I paid for

I’m happy with the cleaning my little “Dusdy” provides. The software is not always reliable; but if I have enough time I
can make it work. I assume that if I pay way more for a robot vacuum, I’ll gain reliability in the software.

Great until last update

Last update removed half the options , can’t see the past cleaning schedule or cleaning map at all , all I can do is plan
scheduling and make it clean nothing more, why would you update the app and down grade it with less options?

The app itself is cool. but unfortunately every time I try and connect my robot to Wi-Fi and click the Wi-Fi option on the app the
app crashes. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app four times now and I cannot get my robot connected due to the app crashing

Longer hairs still getting caught

It’s not as bad as our old vacuumed where I would have to cut the tangled hair off the beaterbar. I would love to see a vacuums
made where no hair gets tangled in the brushes.

Love the vacuum but….the app stopped working….

I’ve been using this app for over 6 months and I was happy with it. However this app stopped open for some reason, I can’t
