My Chart Fantastic

Helps so much when you are being seen in other hospitals that do not have the same system and you can bring up everything on your
phone to show those clinician’s. In my opinion it should be used in all hospitals country wide

Helps calm parents fears

Great way to keep in touch with UCLH

The best health app - it keeps me up to date with appointments, test results etc. Very user-friendly.
The only reservation is the “after appointment summary” which could contain useful feedback but usually only states that the
patient was seen.

The app is so helpful, you know when your appointments are, you get your prescriptions there, even any comments from your midwife,

Communication

The MyCare app is great to be able to communicate with the medical professionals looking after my care.
Although I always find it impossible to PRINT off my letters from my mobile. It would be great to have the functionality to do so.

Notifications

Simply put ABSOLUTELY ANNOYED by the constant barrage of notifications about the same thing
When I signed up for notifications I expected ONE notification about ONE thing ie either a text or email & NOT multiple times

Results but no interpretation

How do I know if the results ( blood test ) are within parameters or cause for my concern please ?

Seems a lot of effort and time

Should be quick and easy but the last 2 visits at the hospital have been slow and delayed. The system is dependent on the computer
even though the nurse agrees it’s wrong - she can’t override it.
