The MyChart app is very easy to navigate and still has security checks but it is much easier to see your information than the
website version of MyChart

Pre-registration

Pre-registration form will not allow a completion. Kept going back to finish and only allows a do-over without completion or a
cancel. Frustrating!

I have found that my chart is the best way to communicate with my Dr's and receive med updates weather for pick up or delay. The
best thing is that I can keep in touch with everyone in my Dr. Circle. I really enjoy the fast turn around time for anything

10/10 app. Super easy to use. Super convenient. Once information is uploaded you don’t need to go and fill out all the paper

I like being able to correspond with my doctor or his staff. The ability to fill out the paper work before my appointment is a

Contact with Dr

It would be great if we could send urgent messages to our doctors. There are times when I need my Dr to send a prescription to
Medtronics for supplies.
I ran out of sensors for my pump and still waiting for a response from the dr. It’s been a week. SAD

Lifesaver

MyChart is convenient. It saves a lot of time. Rather then being on hold. I especially love that we are able to communicate with

As a person with multiple health issues and multiple Dr’s. I find this is an excellent way to keep track of all my appointments

Not sure why I have to update my meds for every doctor I see who uses the same app! My updates are never carried over and defeats
the purpose of the app and the overall EMR concept…..

X-rays

Having a better way to see you x-rays not everyone has a nice computer/app that’s required to see the X-rays. I wish as patients
we could see the images from the app on my phone and be able to see them when ever I would like.
