Great reminder

Love that offices can message you for upcoming test. Getting results is wonderful. Nice it says reminder “ X” test overdue. ..
but why then do doctors not order it?

This app makes it so easy to keep track of all your appointments and results. You can even see doctor’s note. You cal add all
the appointments to your calendar easily so you always know where you need to be

Love the app, keeps me up to date on appointments, test and lab results, etc…
I’d love if it could sync with my calendar for appointments, and if I could use Face ID to log into the app! Maybe in one of the
next updates these functionalities could be added?

Bring back the graphs

I love how fast and efficient this is. I just hate how they took away the graphs. Before you could click on a test and see how
your results performed before over time. Now that option no longer exists, it just takes you to a page with limited information on
the test ordered.

Can’t long in on my iPhone

Hello,

Initial log in was easy jn my iPhone. As well as in my Mac.

Today a week later, I can log In on my mac but not on my iPhone, using the same username and password,

You will want this app!

It’s a bonus. You don’t have to wait for a call. You can see your blood results almost immediately. I am a recent transplant
recipient and I find this app the most helpful.

Nice to view results

I love this app. Gives me peace of mind about the wait to see the doctor to go over results. And it gives me time to think about
questions about test results. I like the fact I can go back and see past results. I can see my referral letter and I can see my
results from CT and X-ray :)

Good with limitations

Fast and easy to use. However for some reason the CatcScan results do not get posted . It’s usually a week wait , but the
doctor already has the results.

Missing one big thing

The app is excellent and easy to use. It’s missing integration with Apple Health app. This is a significant missing piece as it
can mean I’m at risk of missing important health information when I share it with my doctor through the Health app.

Change notification needed

I love having somewhere where I can get my information. It would be even better if all my physicians used the same platform.
My biggest problem with my chart is that appointment are changed an I do not get notification of the change of date and time.

Access

The only thing that i find frustrating about my chart is that i cannot access my chart during the day (working hours). During the
evening or weekend the app loads fine but not during the week during business hours.

Functioality

The program was activated for the GHC and all data was missing for results! The transfer of blood work, medications etc. do not
show records which were on file in MyChart. I can only presume the data was never transferred from the files.
