Please fix the A Coyote problem!

I am happily playing animal jam with my "Colorful" Coyote! UNTIL NOW,I CANT STOP BEING A BLACK COYOTE! Even if I changed colors!
Now I’m going to wait until I get a new animal..Black Coyotes May be a trend but not much of a trend for me.so please fix this

Animal jam is a good game with my sister for five minutes because it kept kicking me off. Can you maybe fix this because I used to

I’ve been working in a character for a few years now and then for a couple of minutes I decided to try a new one, but when I
