This first session went well mostly. I had difficulty with the half squats as I have lumbar stenosis. Tomorrow I will be getting
a lumbar cortisone epidural injection, hopefully it will successfully dramatically reduce my chronic back pain.

Don’t download this app.

I have been miss charged twice. Stop charging my account. I downloaded what said it was a free 30 day trial. I have so far been
billed $115 and again today $55. In a matter of days.

It’s okay I guess

The app itself is really good, I like how it gives you a daily workout everyday and it really is helpful! But the bad thing is,
when I got to the 4th day, it would ask me to pay a subscription, to which it would ask me to pay $40 for me to continue my
workout?! I don’t think it’s worth it.

It’s good but change a few things

This age is super duper good it’s just annoying that you get the first 3 days of exercise free but then you have to pay and some
of the workouts are the same just in different orders.

Please make the daily workouts free, it would help a lot of people ☺️

The payment.

I don’t think you should pay to get fit. I started my first three days and I can’t get to my goal if it’s telling me to pay
for something I’m only going to use for 28 days. So I think that needs to change as I’m only here to get fit. Not to pay for
fitness.

I was so happy until it charged me

I understand that apps have to make money, but I don't understand why it has to charge you before you see your workout? I was
really happy seeing that this might work, and I understood the trial days, but I think it's somewhat stupid that you have to
subscribe before you even see the workout plan.

What’s up with the heart beats??

I love this app so much I saw improvement almost immediately but everytime I check my heart rate it always says I’m resting so
matter what I do!

It’s was really good for the first 3 days but after that you had to pay it’s would be good if you didn’t have to pay for all
