Call puppy love

She was very sweet and listen to instructions about the difficulties of my neighborhood with rabbits and fenced dogs. She was kind
enough to help me take both dogs at the same time, and I would say that she is a strong walker as I know both of my babies tend to
pull.

I absolutely love wags!! I work so much sometimes and the last thing I want to do is walk my dog so I get on my wags app and they

Dog Walker I’ve ever had no one better than Robyn

My dog can be very finicky. Robin was able to take her out and only a stress 20 minute walk and have her do her business.

I’m an occasional user of this service. But it’s so awesome that it’s there when I need it. When I need to be away from home

Great improvements to app functionality!

I used to sometimes have problems where I’d book a walk and then it just wouldn’t go through, but that hasn’t happened for a
very long time now. I love using Wag for last minute requests and I’ll be using it for the foreseeable future :-)

We love Lydia!

Lydia is an incredible help and is so great with our two Bernese mountain dogs. They are a handful, and she provides them the best

Love this app!

Great app! I’ve had some trust worthy pet walkers and they always go above and beyond for my dog. I don’t know what they did
but my dogs great on walks now. Love how convenient it is, I just book my preferred dog walker and he comes and takes my dog if I
have longer days at work. Very happy!

Great Walkers

We’ve used Wag! for about a year now and the system is great. We’re able to identify our favorite walker and get her most of
the time. The other walkers have been really good with our sometimes stubborn pup. Whenever there has been a problem, the staff at
Wag! have fixed it promptly.

Love the app, but very buggy right now!!

This app has SO MANY bugs right now that need to be fixed, and it is taking WAY too long to confirm a walker lately. So
frustrating because the app can be amazing when it actually functions as it should!!!

Not intuitive or seemless

Three stars for difficult set up. Also had a walker who said the walk was completed when it wasn’t. But there was no way to
communicate that without giving her a poor rating, which doesn’t seem fair. No clear way to cancel scheduled walks and no
instructions.

The chats with caregivers load very slowly, and the messages from previous chats disappear, making it hard to look up context and
share information. Please fix this.

When a walk is completed the Wag app gives me a date from one month ago. As such, the report card provided is inaccurate for the
date the walk occurred. Please consider listening to your customers as I’m not sure how this affects the walker.

They don’t let you disable marketing push notifications.

Unfortunately there’s no way to turn off advertising/marketing push notifications while keeping the notifications about your
walks. So be prepared for near daily ads pushed to your phone as soon as you install this app. Why can’t you choose which
notifications to receive?

Its 40 bucks to get the background check but most jobs will cover that for you?

1. App is fine for booking services and confirming payments - can be slow at times
2. No way to see push notifications in app in terms of walkers being booked or updates on walker being their way
