Chats are slow and difficultThe chats with caregivers load very slowly, and the messages from previous chats disappear, making it hard to look up context and
share information. Please fix this.
Serves its purposeGood people on the help to assist with your needs. The app itself is difficult to navigate and mot intuitive
Extra chargeI am not happy with the extra “one time charge” added to my total bill. I do not care for the hidden charges, Which is why
I only gave a 3 star rating. I left a cash tip for the walker , ensuring she gets the entire amount .
New updates make for bad customer experienceNot a fan of the recent updates, which make it more difficult to select preferred walkers. Makes me want to switch to Rover.
The app needs some workThe service is convenient and our sitter was amazing. It’s a bit pricey and the app is not real friendly.
Wag app update neededWhen a walk is completed the Wag app gives me a date from one month ago. As such, the report card provided is inaccurate for the
date the walk occurred. Please consider listening to your customers as I’m not sure how this affects the walker.
Annoying app notificationsThey don’t let you disable marketing push notifications.
Cannot disable ad notificationsUnfortunately there’s no way to turn off advertising/marketing push notifications while keeping the notifications about your
walks. So be prepared for near daily ads pushed to your phone as soon as you install this app. Why can’t you choose which
notifications to receive?
Hidden fees to be a walkerIts 40 bucks to get the background check but most jobs will cover that for you?
Expected better1. App is fine for booking services and confirming payments - can be slow at times
2. No way to see push notifications in app in terms of walkers being booked or updates on walker being their way
3. Randomly crashes even when OS and app are updated
ageKinda upset that I have to be 18 years old to be a dog walker, i just need a side job lol.

AI Cover & Songs: Music AI - BEST APP EVER. When I tell you this app has the best AI I’ve ever seen in my life I mean it when I put did it again by Lil Tecca and Squidward
together it sounded exactly what I thought. It was gonna sound like in my head. Highly recommend downloading this..
