Works but needs update

This system will safe you thousands! It works but it needs updating. I have my blink module and camara very close to my high speed
internet modem and still takes a couple minutes to give me a notification. So far it hasn’t been an issue but in a emergency I
can see it being problematic.

Blink cameras system

I like this cameras the only bad or issue I dint like is that they don’t bright as much and I still have hard time putting it to
work at night because either they record to bright or to dark sometimes other than that they are great that’s the only problem.

This app is onlyCompatible with latest update

I only wish that the developers would explain this to their customers and Apple would make their phones to let the users know when
an update is stuck in the phone and how to unstick it, it’s a real sad shame I had to google search the information 😡

No issues

It’s a really simple and bare-bones app, nothing special. Itseems to work as it should with my new Blink Mini camera. I

I never thought I’d want a camera until recently. Bought this one because I didn’t want to spend a ton and the app won’t
show me the darn clips🤦‍♀️ I can see it live but no clips. But for the price, not bad so far and it works on my laptop.

Good

I have had the blink for a good few months now and I like it. I haven’t had any issues with it. Now my only con would be why
when I’m in live do I need to keep hitting continue just to keep the live going? Also after a few mins of doing that it kicks me
out. Please get rid of that.

Not live at all.

When I checked my front porch camera, I tapped the window, and two or three seconds later, I heard the sound. Please make it
notice the noise and movement earlier.

Unsync issue

Constantly unsyncs. If there is a power outage or any wifi issue you better be home to hard reset it or it’s not going to work.
Other than that it’s a pretty good system and I use it every day.

Rotate image request

This is more of a request to the app writers, can split the sensitivity into 2 parameters, one for daytime and one for nighttime?
I get lots of shadows from the trees triggering the cameras during the day but if adjust for that it won’t capture the critters
that come out at night.

Landscape mode broken on iPhone

The iPhone app no longer landscapes when you need a bigger view. 16.0 broke it because my table is 15.6.1 and landscapes fine.

Snooze motion detection

It would be nice if the app let users snooze motion detection. Users can snooze notifications, but recordings continue. Users can
turn off motion detection, but they might forget to turn it back on; thus, a snooze feature that automatically turns motion
detection back on would be great.

Need help Blknk

I totally enjoy being able to see what my cats are doing and having security inside my house while I’m away. I can’t seem to
satisfy your need for a password- I’ve never had a password either. My son installed my blink cameras and they’ve been perfect
until now! HELP.

Works very well

My mini cameras and outdoor cameras have been in the same place for over a year without any issues. Last night, they started
blinking green. At first I thought it was a server issue, but I just had to reboot my router.

Great product

This is definitely a great video doorbell product which helps to store the video and keeps our home secure. Now I feel the home is
more secured. It is easy to install with lot of features. Overall, I love blink home monitor app.

Blink system Has done the job since day one

I have six cameras at one home and for at another. They work fine and video quality is very good. Storage is free. Any issues are
100% due always crappy signal by WOW.

Too slow to be super useful

Trying to look at live view from the app takes way too long to access. And, as others have said, the time it takes for the cameras
to detect motion at all is painfully slow compared to similar systems. I will not be buying another blink camera system.

Problem with remote access

I have an unlimited subscription but when I’m out of town I get no notification. That’s why I purchased a subscription after
the free service ended.

Is there a setting I’m missing to ensure I get notified when someone is in my porch when I’m over 50 miles away?? Thanks

Took that long?!

The new update makes small and subtle changes that make the app a lot better. But it took a year to do that? Absolutely ridiculous
pace of development on the interface, poor job from the developers for working so slowly on one day changes.

Notification sound

Why does Blink not have the option to change the standard notification tone (sound). This is a basic need as many have suggested
and want.

Disappointed

Sometimes it records, sometimes it doesn’t. Little red light on camera doesn’t go on. Slow on going live. Paid for 1 year
subscription but I’m going to invest in a different doorbell cam.

Great idea, poor execution

The app crashes when attempting to use the camera. Cannot move the pan/tilt camera before the app crashes. I don’t expect it to
do all the clips and what not but more so just for looking in and checking on my place while I’m away.

Delete clips

I wish a ‘are u sure’ button would be added to the delete feature so I accidentally don’t delete clips.

Also, I wish it would be more sensitive to picking up people. They are picked up only when vehicles are in view.

Unser interface

For now everything is working as it is supposed to. The only think that is currently upsetting me is that for some reason the app
crashes or freeze’s my screen. There’s gotta be something wrong with the app that causes this issue.

Update Problem to Horizontal Mode

After the recent iOS 16 update, I can no longer watch camera videos or still photos in horizontal mode. I’ve contacted both
Apple and Blink about this problem. No update or fix yet.

Hasn’t worked right in months

I loved this app but for the last few months my motion clips have not been showing up in the clips. It’s really hit or miss and
not reliable when it comes to seeing the clips when motion is detected. We even made it more sensitive and still isn’t
consistent. Please do an update

Need more options

I need more settings and options on the cameras. The camera doesn’t reach as far as I think it should. I have to set the camera
at a 9 sensitivity to detect anything and then it senses motion when a cloud goes in front of the sun. Do better Amazon!

Have the system and love it. WNted to use at parents house elderly and wanted monitoring to keep an eye on their house and now

Alert Sounds

There is no option to change alert sounds in the app or in the iPhone settings. The sound can only be toggled on or off.

Without a very strong Wi-Fi signal, you’re hosed

Cannot play clips unless you have an optimal Wi-Fi connection, which kind of defeats the purpose if you’re traveling

What happened to Clear All?

Previous versions of the app had a select all, then delete to get rid of all of your stored clips at once. Latest version no
longer has this - why would you take out some thing as useful as that from the app?

I wish the live mode would work. Anytime my fiancé or I try to use it… it either takes a long time to load/think, or there is

“Live view in progress …” message… seems to stay forever when you try to view another camera or stop and start a camera.

Delete all at once

Need to update with the deleting option! It’s not fun deleting one video at a time and every time I get a notification by the
time i open it whatever motion triggered my camera it’s gone because it takes a while before i can actually see it!!!

It’s okay

I like that it’s wireless and battery operated. What I don’t like is that it doesn’t not record consistently even without
having app open. Also it’s very annoying when the continue? On the bottom of the screen appears every 10 seconds

Ok as long as you have WiFi, if it goes out you are in trouble. Everything you own is now being stolen. There will be no
recordings either, there must be a paid account

10 second gap between motion recordings!?!?

A lot can happen in 10 seconds you need to fix this!!!! Also the length of your cord with your camera is way too short!
