Too slow to be super usefulTrying to look at live view from the app takes way too long to access. And, as others have said, the time it takes for the cameras
to detect motion at all is painfully slow compared to similar systems. I will not be buying another blink camera system.
Desktop AppMake a desktop app, it would be very useful while your are at work, when cell signal isn’t always available.
Problem with remote accessI have an unlimited subscription but when I’m out of town I get no notification. That’s why I purchased a subscription after
the free service ended.
Is there a setting I’m missing to ensure I get notified when someone is in my porch when I’m over 50 miles away?? Thanks

Took that long?!The new update makes small and subtle changes that make the app a lot better. But it took a year to do that? Absolutely ridiculous
pace of development on the interface, poor job from the developers for working so slowly on one day changes.
Notification soundWhy does Blink not have the option to change the standard notification tone (sound). This is a basic need as many have suggested
and want.
DisappointedSometimes it records, sometimes it doesn’t. Little red light on camera doesn’t go on. Slow on going live. Paid for 1 year
subscription but I’m going to invest in a different doorbell cam.
App don’t open camara viewIn the app the cámara view don’t open in my phone.
Great idea, poor executionThe app crashes when attempting to use the camera. Cannot move the pan/tilt camera before the app crashes. I don’t expect it to
do all the clips and what not but more so just for looking in and checking on my place while I’m away.
Delete clipsI wish a ‘are u sure’ button would be added to the delete feature so I accidentally don’t delete clips.
Also, I wish it would be more sensitive to picking up people. They are picked up only when vehicles are in view.
Good working app overallApp needs to have ability to add Shortcuts directly to cameras like Ring app.
On/off widget andI’d appreciate a built in ability to have on on/off widget instead of opening the app every time. Also, the drag to rearrange
the cam list doesn’t work.
Module won’t connectUsed to work good. Now module or mini cameras work tried resetting but won’t connect to Wi-Fi. Checked Wi-Fi working fine. Every
time I enter correct password. It tells me it wrong. Maybe time to go to RING
Please add multiple file delete to the appDeleting one at a time is a nuisance. Thank you!

Unser interfaceFor now everything is working as it is supposed to. The only think that is currently upsetting me is that for some reason the app

Update Problem to Horizontal ModeAfter the recent iOS 16 update, I can no longer watch camera videos or still photos in horizontal mode. I’ve contacted both
Apple and Blink about this problem. No update or fix yet.
Hasn’t worked right in monthsI loved this app but for the last few months my motion clips have not been showing up in the clips. It’s really hit or miss and
not reliable when it comes to seeing the clips when motion is detected. We even made it more sensitive and still isn’t
consistent. Please do an update
There a reason why notifications All of sudden shuBlink was working fine, but one of my cameras will no longer connect, to no degree, and the notifications has all of sudden
stopped on my phone, without changing anything.

Need more optionsI need more settings and options on the cameras. The camera doesn’t reach as far as I think it should. I have to set the camera
at a 9 sensitivity to detect anything and then it senses motion when a cloud goes in front of the sun. Do better Amazon!
Needs improvementApp crashes constantly. Status light still turns on in live view after manually turning it off.
No possibility of using it on a second propertyHave the system and love it. WNted to use at parents house elderly and wanted monitoring to keep an eye on their house and now
found out you can’t have a second property in the app and can’t download a second copy of the app
OkI used to think this was a great app but the most recent update made it glitchy to the point that it only opens on 1/10 attempts.
Alert SoundsThere is no option to change alert sounds in the app or in the iPhone settings. The sound can only be toggled on or off.

Without a very strong Wi-Fi signal, you’re hosedCannot play clips unless you have an optimal Wi-Fi connection, which kind of defeats the purpose if you’re traveling
What happened to Clear All?Previous versions of the app had a select all, then delete to get rid of all of your stored clips at once. Latest version no
longer has this - why would you take out some thing as useful as that from the app?
It’s alrightI wish the live mode would work. Anytime my fiancé or I try to use it… it either takes a long time to load/think, or there is
an error… every time.
It got slower the last 2 updates“Live view in progress …” message… seems to stay forever when you try to view another camera or stop and start a camera.
Can you fix it? Make it more snappy please?

Delete all at onceNeed to update with the deleting option! It’s not fun deleting one video at a time and every time I get a notification by the
time i open it whatever motion triggered my camera it’s gone because it takes a while before i can actually see it!!!
It’s okayI like that it’s wireless and battery operated. What I don’t like is that it doesn’t not record consistently even without
having app open. Also it’s very annoying when the continue? On the bottom of the screen appears every 10 seconds
Can’t bulk deleteAndroid app lets you bulk delete but the iPad app doesn’t.
Blink and you missed itOk as long as you have WiFi, if it goes out you are in trouble. Everything you own is now being stolen. There will be no
recordings either, there must be a paid account
10 second gap between motion recordings!?!?A lot can happen in 10 seconds you need to fix this!!!! Also the length of your cord with your camera is way too short!
