Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and brussels sprouts. Everything was excellent. By the time I cleaned and picked out the bad brussels
sprouts I had six brussels sprouts. This is not enough vegetable for two people!

Please do better on your quality control!

A lot of potatoes!

The entrees have been very tasty and having all the ingredients at hand is helpful, but it's still a fair amount of work. Also
check the sides when you order. It seems we are eating lots of roasted potato wedges. The salmon with creamy dill sauce was
especially good.

Case in point

I am challenged physically with my disability and therefore reheating previously made food can be a challenge, but the shepherds
pie saved me! The shepherds pie also was extremely delicious no matter how long away it was from being cooked

Meals are great, but can be messy. Totally worth it, though. I love when they send extra little things, like chocolate or some

NEEDS DIFFERENT LANGUAGES

App is very solid, very useful for people who don’t enjoy meal prepping and planning. Can be cheaper than eating out everyday
however it is not cheaper than buying your own ingredients. Biggest issue honestly is the lack of language options.

Hated to cook

Cost

So far we are enjoying the meals we have received. I am finding out after our first order they up charge for any meal that has a
label such as “Premium” or “Fast” etc. This up charging is disappointing.

Dude the meals are so good and now I am eating way way less fast food. I also have tried stuff I would’ve never tried myself
without Hello Fresh. If you are an inexperienced the meals will take like 2x as long to cook.

Wonderful!

So… I never knew that I had no clue how to cook. I’ve apologized to my kids for cooking so bland for all these years! I love

We enjpy the meals we get. Some weeks have a too many vegetarian options and limited options with meat, making selection
difficult. Many meals also have an additional charge up to 19.00 per kit. Overall good meals.

This app is cumbersome. It seems intuitive to have a search function but I can’t find one.

The food is usually good. We’ve had some issues with potatoes not being real good at throw out a few here in there but overall
them the menu choices are really good prepped is really good and like I said before a bit too pricey but

You can’t substitute side items on the menu

They’re not bad recipes. My issue is you can’t substitute any of the side ideas for stuff you like better or that you’re not
allergic to. Which, in my case means I’m paying a lot for the protein because I won’t touch the sides items.

I’ve been a HF member a long time. I notice the dishes are getting skimpy. I know food prices are increased and respect keeping
profits but o have to make decisions also. Example: My Barramundi dish was very tasty but to feed 4 people you could have added
rice to the dish.

I throughly enjoy this service. Some of the produce I received was not as fresh as I thought it would be but I was able to work
around it. My only con is that this service only provides meals for a family of 4 and 8. There is nothing for a family of 6, as we
are a family of 5.

Just got too expensive

I used to love it. But then they started charging an extra 10$ shipping no matter how much or little you bought, plus extra for
any “ hall of fame” selection and I don’t know. I’m so disappointed because the quality is good but it’s become

Overall app is good. I just find it annoying some things can only be done on the web, and I find it hard to see your running total
for each delivery your placing. I ish it was easier to see my total for the week.

Beware of when you want to cancel

I have tried googling it, searching the app, and the App Store and I cannot find out how to cancel my subscription. They have
tried charging me 7 times now and I still haven’t found a successful way to cancel or even skip a week

Two servings is really 2 serving sizes for 5 year old children. Recipes were mediocre for the price. Half of my items were missing
from the box. Could have spent 20 dollars at a grocery store and bought double the groceries. Waste of money. People are dumb if
they think this is a good idea.

The food is pretty good, but the thing that’s most annoying is how the app just crashes almost every time you use it. It once
crashed 3 times in the span of 10 minutes. Also it’s really really laggy

I really love the service but I REALLY wish there were vegan options available. My kids eat meat but I eat mostly vegan with a
little vegetarian thrown in. I’m a fan, but we’d order more if vegan options were available.🙂

Need more options for sides

Very easy, fast, and convenient. However, more variety is needed for the sides. Seems like every meal has mashed potatoes or
roasted potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts, carrots, or green beans.
