What happened?

What happened to the favorites section in the app?? I used to be able to view all my favorites meals but now it shows absolutely
nothing. It’s completely blank now where all the meals should be.

First two weeks of deliveries, two of the three meals were missing key ingrediamts.

Missing search

This app is cumbersome. It seems intuitive to have a search function but I can’t find one.
Like, Hey, I’d love to have orange chicken next time… but ya, that isn’t happening. I can’t search for that.

Food is good just a little too pricey

The food is usually good. We’ve had some issues with potatoes not being real good at throw out a few here in there but overall
them the menu choices are really good prepped is really good and like I said before a bit too pricey but

You can’t substitute side items on the menu

They’re not bad recipes. My issue is you can’t substitute any of the side ideas for stuff you like better or that you’re not
allergic to. Which, in my case means I’m paying a lot for the protein because I won’t touch the sides items.

Review

I’ve been a HF member a long time. I notice the dishes are getting skimpy. I know food prices are increased and respect keeping
profits but o have to make decisions also. Example: My Barramundi dish was very tasty but to feed 4 people you could have added
rice to the dish.

Gluten free

I wish there was a way that we can just program to not mail any gluten since three of the four family members cannot eat it. And
I’m getting meals I can’t eat at least part of the meals.

Small portions

Although the food tastes great, love the recipes that come with it, the portions are very small. The portions look like a serving
for one person. very chintzy.

Review.

I throughly enjoy this service. Some of the produce I received was not as fresh as I thought it would be but I was able to work
around it. My only con is that this service only provides meals for a family of 4 and 8. There is nothing for a family of 6, as we
are a family of 5.

It seems like meals I used to order have become “premium” meals. I’m becoming disillusioned with my choices. There
shouldn’t be an up charge for falafel!

Options

There should gluten free meals clearly marked. I spend too much time and money switching ingredients out. Why can’t the app be
customized for gluten free menus?

Just got too expensive

I used to love it. But then they started charging an extra 10$ shipping no matter how much or little you bought, plus extra for
any “ hall of fame” selection and I don’t know. I’m so disappointed because the quality is good but it’s become
unaffordable

I like it but….

Overall app is good. I just find it annoying some things can only be done on the web, and I find it hard to see your running total
for each delivery your placing. I ish it was easier to see my total for the week.

Beware of when you want to cancel

I have tried googling it, searching the app, and the App Store and I cannot find out how to cancel my subscription. They have
tried charging me 7 times now and I still haven’t found a successful way to cancel or even skip a week

Meh

Two servings is really 2 serving sizes for 5 year old children. Recipes were mediocre for the price. Half of my items were missing
from the box. Could have spent 20 dollars at a grocery store and bought double the groceries. Waste of money. People are dumb if
they think this is a good idea.

First order

I really wanted to love HelloFresh the meals look delicious online. Unfortunately the first meal we went to cook was missing two
of the ingredients. I’m willing to give it another shot but that was disappointing.

Decent food

The food is pretty good, but the thing that’s most annoying is how the app just crashes almost every time you use it. It once
crashed 3 times in the span of 10 minutes. Also it’s really really laggy

Love but I really want…

I really love the service but I REALLY wish there were vegan options available. My kids eat meat but I eat mostly vegan with a
little vegetarian thrown in. I’m a fan, but we’d order more if vegan options were available.🙂

Need more options for sides

Very easy, fast, and convenient. However, more variety is needed for the sides. Seems like every meal has mashed potatoes or
roasted potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts, carrots, or green beans.
