my remote stopped working

the lights work amazing but it won’t connect to my phone. After a while the remote control stopped using a lot of the colours
even when I changed the battery.

The widgets always show (no device found). Please fix this as it is super inconvenient to open the app each time for on/off

Update broke widgets but now it’s fixed!

EDIT: The old widget is back and I can see my device again :)

I can no longer see my H6102 device in the new widget. I’ve tried re-adding my device and reinstalling the app. No matter what I
do, it says no device found. Very disappointed.

AMAZING!

THIS IS ACTUALLY THE BEST LEDS EVER!!! There is so many effects and all the really cool stuff! I have one question though how do
you change the shade? I can’t make it darker or lighter but over all it’s amazing!

Works but at what cost

The app works fine and has good functionality but on the two devices I have it installed on it eats through the battery when
running in the background. Disabling the app under background refresh makes no difference and the only sure way to prevent this is
by disabling Bluetooth.

Works great

I have a few iPhone’s connected they all work except for my Xr. I even reset the light’s as you suggested. It works for a day
then stops working as a remote but other IPhone’s work without problems. So it not a problem.

Overall review

I didn’t know where to find the model my led lights are and how connect it so I just used the Bluetooth button in the top right
corner which helped a lot, that was my only problem. Love how you have so many options and so many different things that you can
do with the led lights. Really recommend

Lights work great but can’t connect to app

My only problem is that my model (H6106) won’t connect to the app and won’t come up on my Bluetooth.

Please add a watch app

App seems to work fine. Few minor bugs here and there but I have had a relatively good experience. Would appreciate if you guys
made a watch app similar to “geeni” where i can just manage my devices and turn them off with my watch. Thanks.

Gradient Speed Needs Slower Options

There needs to be an option to slow down the preset scenes. Also, in DIY mode, the gradients move still too fast on the lowest
setting. With the speed turned all the way down it doesn't move at all. Should definitely be included in the next update...

Bruh

The widgets are buggy + Alexa works better

The widgets are buggy. They either take too long to activate, or I have to tap on the action i want a couple of times, to toggle
it on and off.

Also, why does the Alexa app work faster with these bulbs? Big yikes on the developers.

In the pictures on the app page they have a music option, and when I downloaded the app they only have mic, colour, and scene
options.
