I normally don’t like to put apps all over my phone so I was trying to use my browser for this but for some reason Sallys is
very slow on the browser so I went ahead and downloaded the app and it was way faster ! I like how they have everything group
together!!!

I loved it but the site is very slow and also I have to select delivery options for each product and it’s very slow .
Also if I want to delete something from my cart, it takes forever to delete . So you have to think before add it to card.

Trouble with adding debit cards

I have tried a few different times to add a master card debit card to my account. The website will not let me. I know this card
works as I have used it in the stores and at other places. I found a away around by paying with PayPal and using the same card
through there

When ordering on here only instore pickup will allow me to fully checkout. 2hr delivery and ship to me will not allow me to
checkout. No matter which card I use (yes they have money😂) it says card is invalid. But as soon as I use in store pickup, I
can checkout completely.

I tried to put my Cosmoprof/Sally credit card on and it wouldn’t let me so then I tried my business account and that also

Just wish you’d carry higher end brands that you can’t find at Walmart and TJ MAXX. Cantu products you can find everywhere and

There’s a serious lag sometimes, and it takes 15+ seconds to add something to cart before you can move on. Other than that,
it’s a great app. Just needs a little tweaking with the page loading speeds.

don’t want to drive miles away to get them. ULTA is closer than my next Sally’s so I’d probably go there. I do love

Please extend your pick up time for value customers. 3 days is just not enough time to pick up orders. Especially if your stores
are not near by.

Colorview never loads

The app is great for buying and tracking purchases. I am not able to open colorview which was extremely disappointing.
