This was the absolute worst check out experience I’ve ever had! Not sure why? But it’s done, hopefully better check outs a
head! Otherwise I love Sally Beauty!

WHAT?

No Silk Elements relaxer? Is it discontinued or out of stock? If Sally’s is for pro’s, why don’t they have what we need to
do our services? DISAPPOINTED! Been using Sally’s since the early 70’s! WOW

Freezes and takes a long time

It take a long time to switch a product from the “ship to me” option to another delivery option and the app froze multiple
time while trying to finish my shopping

Checkout Issues

When ordering on here only instore pickup will allow me to fully checkout. 2hr delivery and ship to me will not allow me to
checkout. No matter which card I use (yes they have money😂) it says card is invalid. But as soon as I use in store pickup, I
can checkout completely.

Ordering

I tried to put my Cosmoprof/Sally credit card on and it wouldn’t let me so then I tried my business account and that also
wouldn’t let me out my card on my file. So then I had to use Apple Pay.

I had a very hard time entering my credit card to place an order because it kept on changing the expiration date.

30% coupon

Good idea with 30% off coupon and free shipping over $35.
Just wish you’d carry higher end brands that you can’t find at Walmart and TJ MAXX. Cantu products you can find everywhere and
at the grocery store.

Love Sally’s, app needs work.

There’s a serious lag sometimes, and it takes 15+ seconds to add something to cart before you can move on. Other than that,
it’s a great app. Just needs a little tweaking with the page loading speeds.

It’s really just the shipping

When I order something even if it’s in the two hour delivery thing(which is a scam btw) it’ll take like a whole day just to
process and they use ups which is really slow in my opinion.

Product always damaged

Rewards

It’s mostly like on the app for awhile I was buying things from sally and I should’ve payed more attention but I should’ve
gotten points from those purchases but there was something wrong with my account we’re it wasn’t giving me point and they did
somewhat help but not really

Just wish my local Sally's had what I needed and I did have to travel 40 miles to get the products that I want to buy.

Out of Stock

Products I want and use aren’t ever available. I live in Lexington and when I have the urge or sometimes more money to shop, I
don’t want to drive miles away to get them. ULTA is closer than my next Sally’s so I’d probably go there. I do love
Sally’s though

Rewards

I used the 15% off for ordering online. I also had $5 birthday rewards and $5 earned rewards. I wasn’t able to use them at the
same time . It makes no sense .

App needs help

Stock is inconsistent.
Select a product and put in cart for 2 hr delivery. Then go to cart and all of a sudden product isn’t available for 2 hr
delivery. Needs work.

Can’t place an order

Can’t place an order for in store pickup, because when I get to the screen where I have to enter my contact info, the keyboard
won’t disappear and/or I can’t scroll down far enough to click save. Super annoying! Fix this please!

Very difficult to finish transaction because the web glitch. I spent 30 minutes for finish payment. Very complicated and takes
time to find out how to finish transaction

Extend time to pick up orders

Please extend your pick up time for value customers. 3 days is just not enough time to pick up orders. Especially if your stores
are not near by.
Please extend hold/pick up time.

Colorview never loads

The app is great for buying and tracking purchases. I am not able to open colorview which was extremely disappointing.
