Too much tapping

The app should be more efficient for the driver. I think part of the solution is to reduce the amount of taps/slides it takes to
complete an order. For example you don’t need to tap/slide for both “got order” and “leaving”

Everything is going good just would like more options to better describe issues if we’re held up at a restaurant or if the diner
has given specific instructions but not able to do so ex. The diner doesn’t answer after requesting a phone call prior to
delivery

The app won’t let me add a debit card to cash out, every time I try it keeps sending me back to the previous screen and won’t

Help..

Don’t work for them.

They send u on delivery’s that were made hours before and then don’t pay u when their system is flawed they say u will be
compensated and tell u to email and never refund u for lost gas and time it’s a waste.

Not a fan of Location access

The delivery app is great except it wants access to my location at all times. I deliver on several platforms and GH is the only 1
that wants my location even while I’m not using the app. For that reason I don’t really use it.

Stuck on location and transportation page on app

Why is there no next button after selecting what area do you want to drive. I’m stuck at 5% of the application process because
of no next button or something. Apparently grub hub doesn’t care about their app maintenance issue. Do I have to wait until the
page randomly goes to background check?

Have a 40+ mpg car, are a mechanic, are tired of being bossed around, and able to force yourself to work. Cons: Long wait times at

It’s been almost 2 weeks and still didn’t get paid just have My money sitting In the app because they won’t verify my bank
info so I can cash out since the app won’t let Me do it myself smh
