Not a fan of Location access

The delivery app is great except it wants access to my location at all times. I deliver on several platforms and GH is the only 1
that wants my location even while I’m not using the app. For that reason I don’t really use it.

Inicialmente me sentía orgullosa de pertenecer a Grubhub pero en estos últimos meses ya no es lo mismo, pocos pedidos y en su
mayoría muy mal pagados y lejos, muy pocos blokes etc… espero que mejoren pronto!

Grubhub

The only thing I hate about grubhub is that you have to go to a hotspot to get orders plus I have to drive 3 miles to get to a
hotspot

Stuck on location and transportation page on app

Why is there no next button after selecting what area do you want to drive. I’m stuck at 5% of the application process because
of no next button or something. Apparently grub hub doesn’t care about their app maintenance issue. Do I have to wait until the
page randomly goes to background check?

Can't instant cash out my debit card was removed automatically for some reason and every time I call they tell me there's nothing
they can do and to email them

Worth doing if you ..

Have a 40+ mpg car, are a mechanic, are tired of being bossed around, and able to force yourself to work. Cons: Long wait times at
restaurants, missing orders, have to deal with weather.

Since the app update a few days ago I’m not getting hardly any deliveries. Not sure what the issue is but Grubhub needs to fix

Keeps freezing after latest update

Since the last update, the app keeps freezing on me within a few seconds after opening. Super frustrating.

About the app

Should keep the distance between accept and reject button because accidentally many order we accepted then need to cancel it and
also should keep the decline button without any choose reason.

It’s super aggravating when you make blocks schedule to take your wife to work but yeah five minutes before you’re to clock
out I get been boarded with orders which affect my acceptance rate y’all really need to fix thisProblem

Mileage!

Would be great if we could know the total mileage before we accept an order! Would save a lot of hassle. Also create a more modern
look to the app, overall. It looks very outdated

Getting paid

It’s been almost 2 weeks and still didn’t get paid just have My money sitting In the app because they won’t verify my bank
info so I can cash out since the app won’t let Me do it myself smh
