Spectrum overall satisfaction.I am satisfied with the app. My issue is that I believe my bill is to high and wanted to go online to see if I can change my plan.
I am able to upgrade, but I do not see anything that will allow me to lower my bill. I want to spend less money not more.

BillingIt’s always a hit or miss on whether or not I can use the app to pay my bill. Every tab is a hit or miss actually.

ReviewThey give you the tools you need to upgrade, however they leave out anyway for you to trim your subscription and lower your bill
unless you spend a big part of your day on the phone getting shuffled around. Most people don’t have the time for that.
Latest updateApp was working well until the most recent update. I can no longer Manage Devices. Hopefully, this will be fixed in an upcoming

SpectrumI hope my experience is better this go round with spectrum. I feel sometimes people are led to believe one thing and another
happens. If my rates stay the same like they said they would on a recorded line. Everything will be fine.
