Great Place and Great Rewards!I love everything about Bath and Body Works! They have what I need: personal bath and body care, home fragrance, hand soap,
candles and laundry products. It’s truly my favorite place to shop! The only downside: I always spend far more than intended.

Please bring back our rewardsJacking up the prices and giving us less and less in rewards is super disappointing.
Updating your cart is a painWhether you add items, move it to love it list or remove items, it takes awhile & then it kicks you back to the top of the cart.
Very frustrating as an avid online shopper, but forcing me to have to go to store to purchase.

GlitchyApp suddenly won’t open. Whether on WiFi or on 5g network. I work for Bath and Bodyworks, and customers have reported having
trouble getting app to open, as well. Super frustrating.
App has login issues?I’ve tried to reset my password and login into the app and keep getting an oops something went wrong error. Had my sister logout
and log back in and she is now having the same issues…
ShippingEvery time I order I try to pick everything up. There is always something in the order that can’t be picked up so then I have to
pay shipping. I don’t like that.
Shipping chargesYou should always have free shipping for orders over $50 . It would encourage more customers to purchase that way, I know it would
work for me,
“My List” Doesn’t loadThis app is great but the “My List” option never loads. It has been this way for months. I have the option to favorite things
but I can never see what I favorited because the list never loads in. That might as well have not been a feature since it
doesn’t work at all.
DeliveryShipment takes quite awhile for me to get 🤔
Better to buy in store…I love B&BW products. It’s annoying that you can only use 1 coupon/offer code online. So I am never able to use both my % off
coupon and free travel item coupon at the same time like I do in the store.
