It keeps loading đIâve had this app for three months and it keeps loading, I can see my rewards and the front page but I canât access the
shopping feature. It just shows it loading?
Please bring back our rewardsJacking up the prices and giving us less and less in rewards is super disappointing.
Updating your cart is a painWhether you add items, move it to love it list or remove items, it takes awhile & then it kicks you back to the top of the cart.
Very frustrating as an avid online shopper, but forcing me to have to go to store to purchase.
Love bath and bodyI had a difficult time submitting the correct offers. I finally gave up without getting my free item.

GlitchyApp suddenly wonât open. Whether on WiFi or on 5g network. I work for Bath and Bodyworks, and customers have reported having
trouble getting app to open, as well. Super frustrating.
App has login issues?Iâve tried to reset my password and login into the app and keep getting an oops something went wrong error. Had my sister logout
and log back in and she is now having the same issuesâŚ
ShippingEvery time I order I try to pick everything up. There is always something in the order that canât be picked up so then I have to
pay shipping. I donât like that.
Shipping chargesYou should always have free shipping for orders over $50 . It would encourage more customers to purchase that way, I know it would
work for me,
âMy Listâ Doesnât loadThis app is great but the âMy Listâ option never loads. It has been this way for months. I have the option to favorite things
but I can never see what I favorited because the list never loads in. That might as well have not been a feature since it
doesnât work at all.

Better to buy in storeâŚI love B&BW products. Itâs annoying that you can only use 1 coupon/offer code online. So I am never able to use both my % off
coupon and free travel item coupon at the same time like I do in the store.

What happened?!This app was working great. Now for 2 days thereâs been an error in the cart page. Canât purchase online if you canât use
the cart.
Pick upEven when I set a store it never lets me do pick ups. Itâs very frustrating!
