DD HampsteadDD in Hampstead goes ABOVE AND BEYOND on a daily basis! They are THE BEST!!!
Whipped cream and espressoWould have given the app a 5. But they don’t let you add whipped cream to iced coffee. And you can only add one shot of espresso
to drinks in the app.
AMAZINGThe workers at the starke location are truly the best! They make my iced coffee to perfection every day!
App featuresNeed to add action to remove rewards added using redemption points to cart in order to use on other reward(ex: added med hot tea
reward when actually wanted to add med ice coffee reward).

Customize Signature Lattes/Drinks!So far I really enjoy the app and rewards. I’d give it a 5 stars if they let you customize the signature latte drinks like the
other regular drinks. It would be nice to order a signature latte with less pumps of the swirl! And would also be nice to have
chai as an option to add to a drink.

Great!I love their coffee, huge coffee drinker here but their hot cocoa is THE BEST. My only complaint with the app is they don’t have
a selection for “vanilla bean” iced coffee versus the French vanilla. It tastes so much better in my opinion i just wish I
could order it in the app!

App doesn’t work properlyTried to activate an offer. Purchased drinks; free food never came up. This has happened numerous times before.
Reloading IssuesApp won't accept card on file or apple pay but will go Into the store with the same card to reload and it works fine. Bank has
confirmed that nothing is wrong with the card so it must be the app.
Apple Pay doesn’t workGreat app but Apple Pay continues to fail. It’s extremely unreliable. I’ve deleted and started over. It’s my own purchasing

DD ReviewSlow service at the drive thru and the last five out of six cups had a lot of coffee grounds at the bottom.
No out of stock statusThis app has been retry good. The only real complaint I have is that you can order items in the app that the restaurant does not
have available. Several times I’ve ordered items, only to have to get a substitute when I arrive or ask for a refund.
