Overall Pretty OKOverall, the App works as it is supposed to. It would be very nice to be able to order ranch, blue cheese, or any other sauce and
dip. We do t mind paying for it, but it is not available on the App. Fix that, and it becomes a 5 star.
Ordering processI always enjoy using the app to order. However, the way that some of the items are arranged at the bottom of the screen should not
be. Could be just a little user friendly.

Checkout could be smootherOverall a decent app. Ordering from restaurant seems to be its main purpose. It does that pretty well with a couple hiccups at
check out time involving the dine rewards login process. I was not able to use Apple Pay to pay for my meal through the app after
signing into dine rewards.

Ordering online is convenient BUT order isn’t alwaI’ve placed orders online many times and I really appreciate the convenience of it all; HOWEVER, a couple times now my order
hasn’t been complete due to missing items— side salad & blooming onion for my vegetarian child! A real bummer

Could be betterMissing options on sides - what if I want double mashed potatoes?
And the delivery fee is outrageous considering how far away I live. I would order more often if it was reduced

Soup bowlI have tried to use your app to order a potato soup bowl, but your app does not allow you to select cup or boat option so I end up
having to phone in my order missing out on any rewards.

Still No Apple Pay?This would be a better app if they could provide Apple Pay as an option to make the whole purchase process easier. Feeling like
were in the Dark Ages having to type in a bunch of personal data that could also be later compromised if not properly secured.
Reorder function does not workWhen you try to reorder, it only adds one of the items.
No Express PaymentSupport for Google Pay on Android and Apple Pay on iOS is sorely needed.
