Good ish

Love it!

Love the app and is wayyyyy better than the last one. Only issue is that it doesn’t have landscape mode (since I work on my
iPad) and the widget to see the stats with out opening the app. I know it’s fairly new so hopefully soon there will be an update
for that!

Fantastic but needs a few extra things!

This sellers app is so much better than the other Etsy sellers app! I do have a few requests or recommendations! On the occasion
selection can you add an option for (any occasion) would be helpful! Being able to select more than one gemstone would be amazing!
Maybe some more themes and styles??

Issues since the new update

Since the most recent update I get printing errors 99% of the time. It’s made it impossible to print my orders from the app.
Very frustrating and such a waste of time.

It would be nice if it actually let you print receipts from the app. Every time I go to print it it says “could not print
documents” disappointing.

Slowly getting better

I don’t love this app the way I loved the old app but Etsy has been continually listening to our complaints and fixing them.
Because of this I am upgrading my review from a 1 to a 3 and will continue to update it as they continue to improve it.

Sending Images

I like how this app is laid out but absolutely hate how buggy it is on mobile, or in general. When I am sending images to a
customer it doesn’t even send anything and it’s super frustrating.

I can’t even log in to finish setting up my seller account, I first logged into older app, was told to download newer app, I
honestly don’t understand how, one in the same app recognizes me but the other doesn’t, it’s like Google, same password same
app but I’m told pw is wrong,

Truncation Issue: Ads Page

The “Etsy Ads” detail page is truncated labels, buttons, and chart on iPhone 13 Pro. Please fix.

Good idea but needs some work

Nice app to check out listings and message with customers. The Marketing section of the app needs some work, though. It keeps
freezing when I try to create a promotion or a discount code.

Needs work

Can you add the option for will call or drop off? Not everything gets shipped and because of that my reviews get held up. And can
you make stats easier to find from the dashboard? It’s not to see what items get more looks than others.

Cannot edit - copy and paste messages to buyer easily. The interface jumps around.

Etsy Sell

I like the other version better. Easier to find things, ability to view things as desired , sorting… I initially removed Etsy
Sell app and used this instead, but now reloaded the other and will remove this one.

Cant rotate the screen

I usually like to open my Etsy Seller app on my iPad when Im doing orders. The old app lets your screen rotate but the new app
only shows vertically. Its annoying and so I cant really use this new app

No Notification

For some reason I am not getting new order notifications on my phone and I made sure it’s on. I even deleted app and added the
old one on and it’s still not working.

This version is more laggy and slow than the previous one and for that reason I’m still going to use the older Etsy seller app.
