Good and badThis app is better than trying to pay through the phone but fails a lot while paying with certain cards and works better with
prepaid cards
Awesome!Just got the E-Z Pass App, and it’s awesome, easy to navigate, make payments and stay up to date with my account.
Better than trying to use EZPASSThis is not as convenient but once there is a problem with EZPASS, it seems impossible to correct.
This app makes it so much easier to handle the billing.

New EXPass AppThis is my first time using the new EzPass. I liked the old app. It was familiar, so it was easy to navigate. That’s why I
gave the new app only four stars. However, I just had to add funds using the new app and it was as easy as the old app.

Accessing the appThere are times when the app will not allow access. It would blink nonstop. For it stop and gain access I often have to power off
my phone and restart it to access the app. It is very frustrating.
One flawThis app holds funds then says credit card invalid. It eventually clears but what is it holding the funds against if the card is
invalid?
IneptYou have my plate, you have my bill, because you know when I was there. Why can't I pay my bill without trying to remember the day
I was there. Are you inept or just lazy?
Almost goodApp is great to have to check up on tolls but too many bugs almost everytime I want to log in into my account I have to delete the
app and then reinstall it.
Face ID doesn’t workFor a while I couldn’t log in and pay my account because face ID wouldn’t Work. Had to turn it off now I have to use my
password which is fine but hope they fix the glitch
Very intuitive application but FaceID does not worThis app is easy to use, great functionality but there is an error with FaceID. I tried to delete and redownload and this issue
persists, I see it in other reviews as well. It will prompt FaceID and go into a loop without logging me into the app. This needs
to be fixed ASAP.
ConfusedI don’t not like how transactions are listed on this site. I can tell what is paid and what is not paid. Also, I was paying with
one credit card, I added another card and the system has removed the updated card info. Also no customer service to speak with.

It’s ConvenientIt’s okay however there’s a glitch on the app from time to time which makes it hard to log in. Hopefully it gets fixed.
Better than websiteThis was more convenient and had less internal errors than website. I had to copy paste info for payment, though, because I could
not type directly onto the field.
App brokenWhen the app works it’s good but the app has a lot of bugs in it. Sometimes the server is offline so you have to go to the
website and other times it just won’t let you log in. NEEDS TO BE FIXED
GlitchApp glitches at opening doesn’t let me sign in at all guessing it has to do with Face ID being programmed.
Works goodWorks good but really don’t appreciate being sent text alerts at 5-6am. Do it during normal business hours. Really annoying on
Sunday mornings when they seem to like doing it
Back office system error messageI got the same message and solved the problem by deleting and reinstalling the app. One should not have to do that to get an app
to work, but here we are.
Can’t input EZ-Pass# to disputeI have a tag in my truck and it didn’t register at the scanner. I get sent the late amount in mail before original and have to
pay $13 for a <$1 toll. Nowhere to put tag # in app or on letter received to dispute
Suggestion for improvementAdd the ability to cross reference the tag ID to a specific vehicle so it will be easier to sort and find data. Also allow the
vehicle/ID to be identified by a nickname that user can enter.
Unable to use appThe app is always on the construction every time. I’m trying to add funds to it or view my balance I can never view. It just
needs a lot of work.
GoodThis app was good until a month ago i cant access my account something is wrong with their app not good it keeps on crashing and
it still wont let me check my account whats the problem
