So far so good, and don’t fool your athletic ability to start. Got my upper body and arms wooooorked out. Can’t wait to see

Tailored and details instructions

This app has videos of instruction performing excessive covering different angles and it also provide you vocal instructions .

Totally recommend for people who can’t go to Gym.Best workout from home with least requirements of equipment.

Can’t watch in full screen or cast on TV

Hi Developers, I really like the app and all its features but Im giving 3 stars and not 5 because there is no way I could view the
exercise on TV. Watching on big screen always helps to perform well and without errors. Please try if you could include this
feature and I would love to give 5 stars
