Great for quick useI always struggled with overwhelming situations, I don’t have self soothing things equipped on me usually like a book or photo.

Love the appI struggle with anxiety and deep breathing really helps. I love that the app lets you call someone if needed and lets you pick
photos that bring you joy. I also like that you can customize the count for your breathes
simple, pleasant, but theres still a bit to work oit would be nice to have “rapid heartbeat” in the symptoms list, and a few more sound options (such as rain sounds). the
photos are a bit glitchy and dont always upload, which is mildly frustrating, but all in all, this is a nice app and the
breathing exercises did calm me down

Incredible! But facing a problemI love this app!! The only problem I’ve encountered is the + button to add photos does nothing
Brilliant and simple interfaceA perfect on demand break.
One request: add audio cues for the breaths. Kinda like the Apple breathe app.

Great App!Very good app! Love the custom breathing amounts and the calendar! One suggestion would be to maybe add background color options?
In some cases you might not want a bright-white background, at least in my opinion.
Great for panic attacksThe only flaw is I wish you could have a choice to listen to music while you breathe. But all in all it still calms me down !
