I can not praise this enoughI suffer from really bad anxiety and panic attacks and this app is just amazing its so minimalistic and it helps so much
Very UsefulI really enjoy this app, the layout is nice and clean looking. My only issue is when I try to log an attack it keeps adding it to
the next day (I make a record on 11/09 and it gets added to 12/09)
Otherwise great app!

amazing apphonestly a very help full app but the down side is that maybe it should recommend a way to help with panic attacks but apart from
that i love using it and it’s the first app i go to when i have a panic attack
