Lot of storylines - unfortunate app-breaking ads

There are many characters and storylines so you will keep entertained for a long time. I like the character customization. There
are some minor bugs. The most annoying thing is that the ads break the app (and probably my phone).

Why did some of the characters I talk to go grey and don’t come back online? Are they permanently offline, did I finish the text

This would easily be a 5 star game if gems weren’t so expensive and so quick to use. Make it easier or cheaper to buy gems $20
worth of gems can be used in about 5 actions. Doesnt seem fair…..
