First of all I love the game! But it lags starting once it loads to the main screen, ads lag in time, several times the game is
behind what tasks you are doing. As I’ve gotten higher in the game it seems like the only way to play is to spend money.

Cost

Game is very fun and challenging. But you have to spend money every time if you play at a long period of time. It gets to the
point where you have to have boosters to keep up your winning streak. It’s very costly and will end up making me delete it since
I can’t afford it:(

Update: I was compensated for my loss and therefore want to update this review.

I tried to purchase a package for $21 twice, and $7 once. Both transactions said they were successful, but the purchase did not
reflect in the game.

This game has many levels and many rewards and it's great to pass time and just relax and play. I love how each hotel has
different atmospheres. Also you do not always do the same thing there is always different stuff they add as you go through the

I’m getting a black screen

I love that I can play earlier levels while I’m waiting for the new hotel. Today when I try to open it all I’m getting is a
blank screen. I’m afraid to reload the ap because I don’t want to lose my progress.

Great game, too hard to get gems

Fun game. Easy to get coins, way too hard to get gems. Without the gems, you can’t upgrade stuff. Would be way more fun if you
won a gem or two when you win a level.

Slow

There are too many pop ups, too many tutorials, too many things going on that slow down game play. I would love to play this game
if you could move faster through the main screen and levels. Pop up this, pop up that. It’s just too slow.

Kind of okay

The people in one of the levels won’t leave the rooms and then it makes me fail the level. It’s the 86 level on the first
hotel. It’s like the game glitches out and won’t make them leave plus they are not ordering anything either.

The game itself is quite good. But there are WAY to many commercials (many of them quite long) if you want to get any of the
boosters…and they’re several levels you can’t beat without boosters.

Should be easier to earn coins

Fun but I’ve played for a long time and it continues to get harder to earn enough coins (not the diamonds) to continue to
upgrade things. Needs more ways to do that rather than waiting every four hours for days on end to gain coins. Makes me not want

Too many ads pushed on players even when you click

They have made it harder to get any upgrades without a long cycle of ads forced on you. Also the rounds are way too long and are
boring! No need to win 80 times just to move ahead.

Stopped Working

I guess i’ll leave this here. I had been enjoying this game for a little while but since the last update it wont actually load

Whenever you get a time based power up they waste

Literally the title. Whenever you get a time based power up they waste your time with ads. Never fails, you get maybe half the
time IF you exit out as quickly as possible from the ads and other crap. I like this game but the time based power ups feel like
you’re getting cheated.

Chocolate Fondue issue

At silver Pike there is a recipe to make chocolate fondue however there is no chocolate to be found in or are there directions in
order to make it please fix otherwise this game is really fun and challenging and a really good way to kill boredom

Too many events
