I love SHIPT

They have a variety of stores to choose from which I like. The shoppers are accurate and deliver fast. This service was a life
saver during the pandemic but I’ve continued to use it because it’s such a time saver. You get in-store pricing at most of the
stores SHIPT has a contract with too.

EXPENSIVE

Nice to have an alternative but paying double is outrageous. Shopper was excellent and timely. Unless I’m in a real pinch, I
can’t afford to pay $44 on a $22 purchase. Every business should make a profit but price gouging is not the way.

Great app - little expensive

The shoppers are awesome. The app is a little expensive, products are overpriced, missing some products, and no real deals
available. Being in contact with shoppers to fulfill orders is awesome though. They have been very accommodating!

I like Shipt

I like the service and have been using it for two years. My only complaint is that on the rare occasions when there is a problem,
the app’s chat service drops chats. And when I had to call customer service late at night I got dropped calls and one rep who
put me on hold for… forever.

Latest update w/recos stinks

Great service, but the latest update has too many recommended items that are clearly what the store is trying to push, not
relevant to my past purchases or what I need. Makes it really cumbersome to weed through all the irrelevant recommended items when

To whom it may concern,Your app needs to be updated. It makes it difficult to make changes and choices while shopping.Also it must
be hard on your shoppers to have to text the customer every time something is out or there is an issue.
