Keeps freezing

I really like this game; it’s very cute, easy to make progress and it’s relaxing. The characters and their little stories are
cute

BUT lately the app keeps freezing whenever I try to collect my daily rewards! once the freezing issues are resolved I will be able
to rate it 5* :)
