ConfusingIn the beginning is is very confusing on how to get initial setup. Schedule does not make sense in the beginning. I had to try
several different things before I finally got it. I feel like I wasted 3 days of my free trial.
Gaining weightSo I input my food and am told I’m crushing it and fasting for 14 hours and yet I’m gaining weight!
Annoyance in timingSo I like the app. Except it automatically starts my fasting. I skip days. It has me tract as if I have fasted for 9 days. If
there is a way around it, I have not figured it out.
CaloriesWould like to know calorie count too, but love that I am not eating after 8!
Difficult to set timesDue to my schedule my fasting times are different but when I would try and reset the times it would always flip back and look like
I fasted for two hours. Difficulty with that in the free side. Maybe for those who pay it’s works better.

The list food is ridiculousIf you eat healthy you will not find your foods on this app. What the heck is a “fat bomb” and who would eat it?

Calorie intakeUnable to see how much calories I consume during the day
“Main” screen?I’m not finding this app easy to navigate. There’s supposed to be a “Main” screen, a “Home” screen, an “Explore”
screen and a “Me” screen. I can’t find what they refer to as a “Main” screen anywhere‼️
SnacksThe problem I had was that I could not access the page with the option to choose a meal or snack. I could only add meals.

Food trackerNot a fan of the food tracker. It searches only fast foods.
