Won’t connect

It was working for a while till I got a new hub ever since it disconnected and I haven’t been able to reconnect it as the
hotspot won’t show up I have Bluetooth on everything enabled it won’t work

Good product

Makes life much easier. I’m able to switch multiple lights on and off with one switch on my phone, whether I’m home or not.
The APP is very good and lets me organise the switches as best suits me.

Widget no longer works.

Had all smart bulbs and sockets in the widget, but not anymore since some recent update…

Do not upgrade if you use the widget.

Widget no longer functions and says not supported in your current region. My region is UK. Still a great app but I use the widget
a lot.

Needs regular software updates

Good app but needs regular updates. It’s free so can’t complain, but if you paid for it you would complain as certain items go
offline for days whenever there’s an Apple IOS security update

No change , but silly noises

The app works but I think it’s still lacking as it could perhaps offer more user friendly layout and means of setting up scenes
and group control.
The recent update has little change but now make a loud noise every time you change the colour or brightness of a lamp.

Don’t need Bluetooth

Decent app. Does what you need it to but now every time I open it the app is constantly hounding me to give it Bluetooth
privileges. Just stop, you don’t need it, I don’t want you to have it and your not getting it. Please fix this in the next
update

Strip light Colour doesn’t change properly on the

Can’t control colours on the app for some reason. Tried everything, however since it’s linked to Alexa, I can change colours
in that way but can’t get any custom colours that Alexa doesn’t recognise..

Every update breaks the IOS widget

Only app I have ever seen which requires you to restart your phone after every update as the widget will stop working “unable to
load”.

Loved it

Good app. If you have downlights in a room you can no longer group them and control them from one “device” as such. Have to
control them individually which is annoying, if there’s any feedback on this then please let us know.

Latest update deleted one of my switches

This app has been brilliant up until this latest update. It deleted one of my switches that was paired to another switch… as
such my automation routine stopped working!

Can l simulate day light

Would like to link lamp brightness to daylight
Example :
60mins before sunrise - 20% brightness
40mins before sunrise - 40% brightness
20mins before sunrise - 60% brightness
10mins before sunrise - 80% brightness
Sunrise - 100%

Please advise

Problems

The app worked fine. It now has a spurious time to be switched off and i cannot see how to stop it
