Fix widget again please!

The widget is bright on the screen, and it doesn’t allow you to press a button from there to turn on or off the programmed
devices like it once did. Please fix this soon. Thank you.

BRING BACK THE WIDGET!

Best part of this app is the widget that allows quick control of all your smart lights without opening the app. But every couple
updates it goes away. Bring it back and stabilize this awesome feature between updates!

Last update created a lot of problems… my devices won’t even get recognize most of the time, and when they do, it always says
it alternates between online and offline

Bunch of…

Seriously I use this app to monitor our second home to ensure climate control. Now I cannot due to data mining and setting up
accounts etc. Will throw the thing away as soon as I can. I should not have to give my data for this.

Good but…

Easy to set up and works but sometimes it turns my light on all by itself. Besides that (which is pretty annoying) the app itself
is good!

Widget gone…

I added the widget a while back and went to use it and now the devices are gone, the window is blank and shows as not available.
When I go to look for the smart life widget in the list of widgets, it’s not there. Why would you stop the widgets?

Good app, but smart bulbs not working.

I have Feit Electric smart bulbs, and it allowed me to add them, but when I try to control them through the app, it tells me that
I need to update the app to control them, although there is no update available right now. If this problem get fixed, it would
definitely make the app a lot better.

The app keeps deleting my schedule it won't save it

Lights randomly turning off and on

Used to love the app/plugs, but for the last couple of weeks the plugs will turn off and then back on by themselves. Haven’t
changed any schedules or settings, so not sure why this is happening. Hoping there’s an update coming that will address this.

Loved the app but had a loss of electricity to our home app did not come back will not find switches on scan anymore

Cannot bind device to receive text alerts

Multiple attempts to bind device for text alerts have failed. Verification code is supposedly sent to my phone, but not received.
I have verified correct notification settings in the app.

Not as good as before!

Used to be a good app. I was able to control multiple lights at once. Since a few months ago, that is not the case. Now I have
to manage each light individually.

Schedule issue

Why is it when I wanna circulate to charge my phone at night it says there is a conflict with the other schedule when it’s not
at all it’s very annoying and the developers need to learn how to override certain settings even if they do overlap it would
still be a way to get it to work

Works great, but occasionally loses its mind

One or two times a year the app forgets all the devices I set up, requiring me to add all my devices again. This is a real pain
since I’m a snowbird and have two houses.

Meal plans disappear

Getting frustrated as meal plans get cleared and wondering why my cat is begging for food. This is the third time now and getting
tired of it. We love the concept and ease of the feeder but if this keeps up will have to find another one

Could have been 5 stars…

I have 8 teckin sp20s. I was able to see power consumption for each of those before the app updated. Now that feature is gone.
Otherwise app is working as expected.

App is fine. However having a dark-mode would be best since the app is often used before bed or early upon waking, the bright
white screen is harsh to look before going to sleep.

It works, but not in right mode

The app can only run in horizontal mode on iPad Mini. I believe it works a while ago in vertical mode, then stopped and stuck in
horizontal mode after a update. Other than this, the app works great!
