I saved up and unlocked a new person only for them to be locked again when I opened the app up

FIX SHIN

There’s something wrong with SHIN he keeps getting blocked every time I buy him and then I leave the game he would be blocked
and I have to pay for him all over again GRRRRRR

I like this game but have had the same problem as everyone else, unlocked shin but has disappeared. Also needs some more
