Not great for beginnersI think there’s an assumption you know a bit about working out. I’m sure it’s a great app otherwise but I’m basically
looking for a beginners virtual trainer. This doesn’t seem to be it.
Above average-Spotify connection is glitchy
-repetitions are not clear if per arm/leg
-initial navigation is not intuitive
What happened to your classic seriesI’ve been using it for years now all I find are these personal training programs that are short 9 minute shreds or blitz.
It was great until nowI enjoy the app, use it everytime I go to the gym. Problem is I go today and when I click on the workouts it does nothing. I go
to create custom work out and it says workouts for this muscle group don't exist. My subscription is still active so I don't know
what the issue is.
WorkoutsSome of the workouts are too repetitive and easy
Need more flexibilityLove many of the features however for a custom workout you should be able to pick any body part to work individually or together.
Also it would be nice if you had an option to pick the number of minutes or at least more choices. Maybe even an option to enter a
custom workout by picking exercises!
Bulk and weight trainingI like all the different lifts and instructions and times. However, wish it had more options to mix up as far as body sections and
more lifts or different types!
