Help!

I love this game, but I have now played every Part One of each level and the Epilogue. But now I can’t figure out how to get to
play the Part Two if each level and collect the second half of the puzzle pieces. HELP!

Can’t get 10 out of 10 puzzle pieces

How do you get ALL the puzzle pieces? Played the full game twice and still only get 10 out of 20 pieces on each box.

Virtual Families 3 - Constant GAME RELOAD. I’ve played for a long time but with the new update I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order for the game to load and
