Great app but the calls…The call keeps on trying to reconnect every time I call someone
WorksWorks pretty straightforwardly for all my general intra-office messaging. What’s your lunch order? Who drank all the toner? If
there’s a use case it sucks at I don’t know it.

ProblemsThe app is signs out by itself and appears to work but no messages gets sent out. I have to restart my phone in order for the app
to ask to sign back in. Please fix it!

NotificationsIt works very good except for notification's. I am deaf so I miss a lot of the texts that come in because there is no settings for
vibration in the app
Zoom ProblemI have increased the zoom on the iPhone, all other apps, maintain their text size, however, on teams, they become enormous. The
teams app must continue using its same size of font. Or provide a VA like teams on windows PC to zoom text size.

Functions well but…The minute you leave the app, it changes your status to logged off even though it is still running in the background and you are
available. When out doing work-related tasks this has become an inconvenience as other staff members think you’re unavailable.
Overall it is great!Works great once you get to know it. Sometimes a bit slow when it comes to switching between devices (either transferring call
from one device to on other, or when connecting Bluetooth headphones in the middle of conversation).
Great tool for collaboration and for training.

Best Meeting experienceTransfer/attend meeting in two device at same time allows user to attend a meeting without hassle in case need a quick short
break. Without closing meeting in desktop, anyone can start it in mobile/iPad.
Efficient. AppI enjoy this app we use it in our law firm while I’m at court I can quickly communicate with my assistant. I wish there was an
option to print the conversations as a times I’m providing instructions to her and I would like them printed as a hard copy for
the file.
