Nice stuff but occasionally annoying

Generally good to use but - I logged onto multiple devices, sometimes after I picking up a team call from one device, other
devices keeps ringing. Is it really hard to fix?

Missing CarPlay features

The app used to allow CarPlay to read my Teams messages but since the latest iOS it reverts to calendar. Miss this feature and
looks like many others do also. Love Teams but need it to fit with our ways of working.

Improved Experience with Teams

Microsoft are constantly improving the user experience within Teams. I don’t see the frequent crash that used to happen earlier.
But some of the keys things are still missing - sometimes that’s date format switches to US only.. Overall the experience is
getting better

Great app

Everything great the only issue I would say is that I can’t send short videos to my colleges for them to look at. It has to be
sent as a file which doesn’t work for me. But other than that loving it.

Almost 5 star

The camera turns off when you’re in a meeting and need to use another app. E.g. taking meeting notes in OneNote or looking for
an email or another MS office file. This is extremely limiting when you need to have the camera on, otherwise I’d give 5 stars.

Easy and efficient

Having Teams available as an app makes my life so much easier when having to do meetings on the go whilst dropping off and picking
up kids. Hardly have any issues with it on my iPhone. The issues I do have, usually resolve with a restart of the app.

Without vpn teams app connects quickly with other peers but with our vpn we need to retry 2/3 times

Great functionality but hogs CPU

Lots of great things about MS Teams. Great collaboration tools as well as excellent chat features. Big downside though is how much
it hogs processing power making everything else chug.

Great office messenger for quick chats, calls & conferencings. Never broke down, best audio/video quality. No silly app bugs

Authentication doesn’t work with MS Authenticator

Periodically it will want to Authorise and will jump to authenticator app but then i am forced to retrieve codes and use the “i
don’t have access to Authenticator option” to enter codes from Authticator.

So far it’s been working extremely well for it’s functionality however few issues constantly present amongst the current
users:
- app overheating and cooking mobile phones
- linking and inconvenience when setting or switching to meeting rooms and its functionality

Doesn’t Handle Switching Between Accounts Well

The app itself is great when you’re in it, but I find it very difficult to switch between personal and professional accounts;
multiple sign outs that aren’t actioned and eventually need to wait several minutes before the Home Screen appears and allows me
to select which account to use.

Any plans for Teams app to be enhanced with dynamic island integration. This feature would greatly improve user experience and

Great App Video Quality Poor

Great app but the video quality is poor compared to other apps. On 5g or other high speed internet. I hope Microsoft can fix this
and be on par with everyone else.

Overall easy to use but it would help if I can open the web links in url form (added via the +New button) on the mobile app.
Currently, once click the links on app, pop up window says the file type isn’t supported. Hope this can improve please. Thanks.

Can’t change notifications from default tone

Hi,
App has worked well since installing. Since the latest update, the notification sound won’t change from default tone. That sound
is driving me up the wall, please fix it.
