Good but could be better!

I like this app because I can connect with my teachers and talk to my friends who don’t have phones. I hate how it’s so slow
for putting your new profile picture up and sending pictures!

Its great but....

It’s great! Don’t get me wrong but why can’t I use the chat and MOST of the time my audio and mic don’t work THEN LET ME
USE THE CHAT oh and MY TEACHER DID NOT DISABLE IT!!!

I have a chat notification that has been on for a month but no new messages

Drains battery

One thing that I found is that the app drains my battery really quickly and for someone who needs its for work it’s frustrating
to be looking for a charger all the time.

What happened?

Lost ability to rotate screen when somebody is sharing their screen.

Terrible emoji slide up tray is blocking ability to unmute the mic effectively while somebody is sharing their screen.

Good platform but bad app

The platform and its functions are very good. The cellphone app is terrible for the iPhone. It glitches constantly. I have had to
delete the app and reload six times. If they fix that it will be 5 stars.

No longer allows me to record

I have used Teams for the past 2 1/2 years to record my voice for voice to text dictation. All of the sudden it no longer allows
me to do so. Very frustrating.

Just don’t accidentally hit the power button

If you accidental hit the power button it will exit you from the meeting and not let you join again. Needs a way to deactivate the
power button during use. Deleted app.

Keeps Crashing

Current version frequently will crash on iPhone. Will be in the middle of a conversation and tap the button to send message. The
message does send but app freezes. Need to force quit and relaunch to resolve. Happens multiple times per day.

Message threads sometimes will not update unless the application is closed or after a few minutes

No easy way to temporary disconnect

I believe it misses an important function, a way to temporary disconnect. With a limited data plan, this could make sure it
doesn't drain data when not required by the users.

Great app. Still buggy

The app is awesome, some features are better on zoom (I.e. hold space bar to temporarily unmute, release to mute). Audio is
frequently choppy, especially if everyone has video turned on

Request for review

Works amazingly well within the organization but not compatible for those using Mac joining video. Sound is always a problem with
Mac.
Also the interface is non-appealing and dated.
Interface is not as user friendly and intuitive as iOS or zoom.
