Love game but multiplayer doesn’t work

I love this game on Xbox so I got it on IOS. My friend got it on her phone too and we want to play together. We are technically in
the same region- North America. She is just east coast and I am west. Why can we not join each others games? Wish this would work.

Has it's flaws

It's a overall great game, but you really need to add a option to change your look sensitivity. And other than that, if you can
make the game run up to 60fps, or have an option in the in-game settings for it to run at 60fps, that'd be grea too

The game is amazing but the update made me stop playing this game because my iOS has the same player Id and they used to allow
