Submitting a proposal with this app is night & day vs simply just a document. Some proposals require visual attachments to
complete the description quite regularly only a visual description will suffice.
It is an invaluable tool

Project tool

Great price and basic functionality. Two improvements for that would be nice (1) rating of the issues, prioritization. (2)
reliable the “issues” term and allow categories of issues, some are positive items, best practices, etc.

Awesome App

I use this app for safety. I take pictures of safety issues or hazards and email them to the contractors safety team or client.
This has been an outstanding tool for me when doing my safety audits. I give it 5 stars!!!

Good for Punch Lists

I’m a residential general contractor and one thing that would be great to add, would be the ability to categorize items. Have
folders or subjects to separate trades and keep in order. Plumber folder - associated items below, etc.

Great for client updates

I use this on a regular basis to update clients, write estimating reports, and attach to invoices to eliminate pesky post project
completion issues. Very quick with photo upload and voice to text. Excellent tool

Easy to use, doesn’t always load multiple pictures at once, but adding individually isn’t hard either. Over all the app is
good to use, but the end result and the way the app is simplified and easy to read makes this app worth it.

Multi-Add feature Stopped Working

The multi add feature stopped working but I contacted the support team and found it it was an device update issue that just needed
to be changed in the phone settings. The app works great and I rely on this for my construction projects

Lagging or information not showing up until I clos

I create multiple reports today and one of my main concerns with this app is the fact that when I type in information to the
header of each location and then swipe back and go into the next location, it doesn’t show me what I’ve typed in the preview
while editing the report.

Good App for deficiency reports but needs updating

Would like to see improvement on issues renumbering after an issue has been deleted.

Also have trouble sending reports out from the app using Outlook or mail.

Logos are difficult or impossible to load on project info and pictures don't transfer to the desktop app on the cloud.

Cloud saving and loading

I have an account in the cloud and every time I save a report I go back to review it and the wording and multiple hours of info
while on the site are missing. Only the photos show with the highlights or markings still there..?

iPad Keyboard

Needs another update to correct the bar on the bottom of the iPad when using the keyboard. It’s tucked under all the other items
the app shows.
